The terms of conditions (T&C) are   subject to the rules applicable in the United States of America. Alea   Europe LC cannot be held liable for breach of the laws of the country   where the product is delivered.  
              It is the responsibility of the   Buyer to check with local authorities for possible importing fees, or   for using products or services that you plan to order. 
              These terms and conditions ("Agreement") apply to your purchase by Internet on Aleas Europe LC's ("the Company") Internet site www.eolosweb.com  ("Website"). By accepting delivery of the Product, you accept and are bound to the terms and conditions of this Agreement.  
              •  Payment Terms:  Terms of payment are within Aleas Europe LC sole discretion.  
              •  For payments made via Wire   Transfer, Credit Card, Paypal or Western Union, the Company must receive   payment prior to the Company's acceptance of an order. We use a secured   website for Credit Card/Paypal purchases. We will only know your name   and email address, but your credit card or bank account information   remains unknown to us.  
              •  For payments made via Cash   on Delivery (COD), the Buyer is bounded to pay at the moment of   receiving the order from their local postal office. COD is ONLY   available in certain European countries (Spain, Germany, Austria,   Belgium, Slovenia, France, Italy, Letonia, Luxembourg, Portugal,   Switzerland, Turkey, Vatican).  
              •  For distributor's payments,   any invoices are due and payable within the time period noted on your   invoice, measured from the date of the invoice previously agreed upon. 
              Your order may be subject to   cancellation in the Company's sole discretion. The Company reserves the   right to adjust the standard price policy at its discretion and to grant   discounts to specific orders if it has been previously agreed between   the Buyer and the Company. 
              In   case of return of the amount paid by   the buyer, this will be reduced   by any costs incurred in such return if   the cause of the return is due   to an error or a change of mind of the   buyer. 
              •  Shipping Charges; Taxes; Title, Risk of Loss .   Shipping and handling are additional charges and the responsibility of   the Buyer unless otherwise expressly indicated at the time of sale. 
              You must notify the Company   within 10 days of the date of your invoice or delivery if you believe   any part of your purchase is missing, wrong or damaged. The Buyer is   responsible for any sales taxes and other fees associated with the order   (customs...etc) and the Product ship-to location. Shipping dates are   estimates only.  
              •  Delivery  
              The Product is sent via   certified mail to the shipping address you specified during the ordering   process. For delivery addresses within the United States and Europe,   delivery times average between 5 to 10 business days. For other   international destinations, the order is received according to the   delivery times established by your local post office.  
              The Company is not liable for delays in delivery.   You must notify the post office or courier agency and the Company if   the product delivered arrives damaged or already opened, within 2 days   of receipt of the product. 
              While The  Company makes a good faith effort to track and correct   any errors in shipment, The  Company is not responsible for lost or   stolen packages.   Please be sure to provide the correct shipping   information to avoid   loss or damage. Please note that   The  Company is not responsible for   delays in shipping due to   weather conditions, incorrect shipping   addresses or missing shipping   information. A delivery attempt will be   made to your shipping   address.  If you are unable to receive your   package, you may contact UPS   to make alternate arrangements.  If the   package is returned to sender   due to the customer not meeting these   arrangements, the customer is   responsible for any reshipping costs. If   you decide to return a   purchased product, shipping charges are not   refundable (the shipping charges amount paid by the Company).  
              Those   items that are   returned by negligence by the buyer (shipping address   is incomplete or   incorrect, return package in the mail after 15 days   waiting for   collection, etc.) Will not be dispatched until the buyer   has paid back   the return costs. 
              •  Warranty 
              The product comes with a   limited warranty. This limited warranty covers defects in materials and   workmanship of the Product. In case of product failure during the   warranty (1 year from the purchase date), the manufacturer will repair   or replace the product piece at the Company's discretion. This warranty   does not cover damages caused by accident, normal wear, repairs   performed by third parties unauthorized by the Company, vandalism or   inappropriate product use or alterations of the product, failure to   follow the product instructions, failure to perform preventive   maintenance, problems caused by using accessories, parts, or components   not supplied by the Company, or Products for which the Company has not   received payment. This limited warranty is not transferable. Purchase   receipt is required. 
              The Company is not obligated to   honor any warranty until the Company receives payment in full. To   obtain service under warranty, contact Customer Service:   eolosweb@eolosweb.com 
              THE COMPANY'S RESPONSIBILITY   FOR MALFUNCTIONS AND DEFECTS OF ANY PIECE OF THE PRODUCT IS LIMITED TO   REPAIR AND REPLACEMENT AS SET FORTH IN THIS WARRANTY STATEMENT. 
              The limited warranty on the   Product begins on the date of the packing slip, invoice, or receipt. The   warranty period is not extended if we repair or replace a warranted   product or any parts. The Company may change the availability of limited   warranties, at its discretion, but any changes will not be retroactive. 
              If the warranty does not   satisfies you, the Buyer can choose between compensation for damages or   cancellation of the Agreement (termination). However, if the breach of   contract was not serious, especially if the defects were of little   account, the customer may not terminate the agreement. 
              If the Buyer is not satisfied   with our warranty and chooses to withdraw from the agreement citing   product defect, would have no right to demand compensation for damages. 
              The customer does not receive guarantees on our part in the strict legal sense. 
              What will we do?  During the 1 year limited warranty, the Company will repair the Product   or any piece of the Product returned to us that prove to be defective   in materials or workmanship at the Company's discretion. If the Company   is not able to repair the Product, we will replace it with a comparable   product that is new. 
              When you contact us via E-mail   at eolosweb@eolosweb.com, we will indicate to you the steps to follow,   whether it is to return the Product or any other indications. In case of   return, you must return the Product to us in its original or equivalent   packaging, sealed (unopened), with prepay shipping charges, and insured   or the Buyer accepts the risk if the Product is lost or damaged during   shipment. We will return the repaired or replacement Product to you. We   will pay to ship the repaired or replaced Product or piece to you. You   must have the original sales receipt from your purchase to receive any   warranty service.  
              If we determine that the   problem is not covered under this warranty, we will notify you and   inform you of service alternatives that are available to you on a fee   basis. 
              During the remaining years: For   any remaining period of the limited warranty, we will replace any   defective part with new or refurbished part, if we agree that it needs   to be replaced. 
              5. Return Policy  
              The Company values its   relationship with you, and offers you the option to return the Product   you purchase directly from the Company. You may return eligible products   for a credit or a refund of the purchase price paid, less shipping,   handling, bank fees and any applicable restocking fees, as set forth in   detail below. 
              Before any return,   you should  warn us in advance by email stating full name, order   number, item, due for repayment. 
              All     returned items must include copy of invoice and a printed (or SHIFT   if   written by hand) with the following information: full name, contact     number, email address and reason for return. If   faulty   equipment is sent to change, you must also include name and   address where   sending the article must change, and a short explanatory   note to the   observed error in the article. If   material for return, must be sent complete with packaging,   accessories, manuals, etc. 
              30 days Return Policy: The   consumer has a period of 30 days from the date of packing slip or   invoice to return any article and ask for replacement or refund without   penalty, less shipping, handling, bank fees and any applicable   restocking fee. This right of return will ONLY be accepted for Product   that is unopened and still in its sealed package, complete with   accessories, instructions, in good condition, without scratches, and   accompanied by a copy of your purchase. Items returned opened,   incomplete, damaged, soiled or damaged by the client are not included   and are not valid for a product refund. 
              Restocking Fees:  Unless the product is defective or the return is a direct result of a   Company's error, the Company may charge at its discretion a restocking   fee of up to 10% of the purchase price paid. 
               In case of exercising the   right of reimbursement, the Company is obliged to repay the amounts paid   by the customer for the product, excluding shipping costs, any possible   bank fees incurred at the moment of making a reimbursement through a   bank transaction or any other applicable fee. 
              In case of non-conformity, the   Buyer chooses between the repair or replacement of the Product. However,   the Company cannot proceed in accordance with the election of the Buyer   if the election involves a cost clearly disproportionate to other   means, taking into account the value of the product or the size of the   defect. The Company can then proceed in accordance with the non-selected   by the Buyer.  
              In case of non-compliance,   repair is often the less expensive solution and, therefore, the Company   based on the value of the product will implement the solution.  
              How to Return a Product:  Before returning a Product, you must first contact the Company Customer   Service via email: eolosweb@eolosweb.com and notify the problem before   the end of the applicable return period. The Company will not accept   returns without previous notification. NOTE: If instructed by the   Company to return the Product, you must ship the Product to the Company   within 5 days of the date of the notification. 
              * Ship back any Product or Part you are seeking to return to the Company that was previously notified to the Company. 
              * Return the Product in the   original packaging, in as-new condition, along with any other items that   were included in your original shipment. 
              * Ship the Product at your expense, and insure the shipment or accept the risk of loss or damage during shipment. 
              Upon receipt of your returned   packaged, it will be carefully examined and if the return follows the   T&C correctly, then the Company will replace the damaged piece or   issue a credit or a refund of the purchase price paid, less shipping,   handling, bank fees and any applicable restocking fees
